Product Delivery

Digital products are sent to you by e-mail.  Embroidery products or personalized with materials involved, such as our shift boots are sent to you by Standard Mail USPS (7-21) at Free Shipping.  If you wish a rush delivery, we will send you an invoice of the extra shipping cost.

Digital Re-editions and Product Returns 

Minor re-editing is free of charge.  However, if you decide to change your designs, or make a lot of changes, a charge may apply.

Return of our products shipped to you through courier will be accepted if they are returned within 14 days after you received it.  Please notify us within 2 or 3 days after receipt of the products.  Products returned after the 14-day margin will not be accepted.  All shipping costs involved of you returning the product will be at your own expense.  If you return the product for an exchange, a charge of $3.50 applies, and if the exchange product you chose costs higher than you previously bought, the difference will be added to the shipping cost.  If you chose instead a product that costs lower than before, you will be refunded of the difference.
