We provide embroidery digitizing service only (not stock production). This is how we serve you:
We will quote your design promptly. Pricing is based on the complexity of the design. We do not auto-scan your designs. Appropriate colors are visually interpreted and digitizing is manually done.
We normally revise your design as per your request up to your satisfaction at little or no charge at all.
Your time is important to us. Although we adopt 8-24 hours turn around, most artworks are usually completed within 1 to 5 hours (depending on work load). All finished works are delivered via email.
If you are in need of stock production with your digitized design, we can recommend you to a reputable custom embroidery mass production companies near your area.
No minimum order per service. You can submit the simplest design possible without minimum price requirement from us.

If you agree with the price, an invoice will be sent to you.
Once payment has been received, we will email you the vector files within 24 hours (usually takes within one hour or 3, depending on the workload and complexity of the design). If he design takes longer than this, we will tell you about it before we ask your payment (your time is important to us too).
